Please know that the information on this site or the transmission of e-mail does not, in and of itself, establish a contractual relationship with the Takes3. Embarking on an egg donation arrangement is an important decision which should only be made after considering all relevant information, including information that may not be on this Web site.
All communications between the Takes3 and our clients are held in the strictest confidence. Responsiveness to our client's needs is a hallmark of this office, and we take pride in our adherence to the highest ethical standards.
We maintain a strict non-discrimination policy. We do not view age, ethnicity, race, religion, or sexual orientation as a barrier to alternate methods of reproduction. Prospective parents must, however, be emotionally, psychologically, and financially prepared to create or expand a family.
Takes3/NAFG will endeavor to maintain, to the extent feasible, donor identifying information and recipient identifying information for an indefinite period of time. When an egg donor agreement governs the relationship between the parties, it customarily indicates instances when the identities of the participants may and/or must be revealed. Takes3 will do its part to comply with the terms of these Agreements. The IVF clinics involved and individual attorneys involved should also be considered resources when and if necessary.
